Job opportunity: Membership and Operations Coordinator
AIF are seeking a new Membership and Operations Coordinator (full time) to assist the Chief Executive Officer with the day-to-day administration and operations of the association.
This is primarily an administrative role and requires a quick learner with solid all-round administrative, organisational and communication skills. You will be IT literate and a confident communicator, alongside excellent time management skills and a proven ability to work autonomously and to deadline.
Responsibilities will include acting as the first point of contact for general enquiries and correspondence from AIF members and Friends of AIF, proactively assisting the CEO in growing membership and friends of AIF subscriptions and managing the Friends scheme in addition to diary management, collating data arranging mail-outs and managing content on AIF socials and website content updates.
