Rob is a founder, director and site manager for Nozstock The Hidden Valley, and an AIF board member. Nozstock is a 7k capacity festival, that has been running for 21 years, and Rob has been integral to devising Nozstock’s grassroots, community-focused values, and its eclectic arts and music programme, since the festival began when he was only 16 years old. Understanding the demands placed on independent and rural festivals, Rob recognises the high risks around running a small event, and works hard to retain Nozstock’s independence.
