Barn on the Farm wins the AIM Award for Best Independent Festival

The AIM Awards took place this week at The Brewery in London. Hosted by Radio 1’s Alice Levine and XFM’s John Kennedy, the ceremony saw the music industry come together to celebrate independence and recognise talent. The award for Best Independent Festival was won by AIF member Barn on the Farm, and the nominees included ArcTanGent, LeeFest, Greenbelt, and In The Woods.

Elsewhere on the winners list, Domino took away the Independent Label of the Year award, while John Doran of The Quietus won Indie Champion Award. Martin Mills (Beggars Group) was given the Pioneer Award before handing Alison Wenham (AIM) a Special Recognition Award. The full list of winners can be found on the AIM website.
