Quick fire ‘Talking Heads’ sessions from Simon Parkes (Brixton Academy Founder) and Sammy Andrews (Strategic advisor to music industry and director of entertainment intelligence).
A discussion led by Zac Fox (Kilimanjaro Live / NOWIE) will exploring gender issues in the industry and possible solutions and there will also be a ‘Festival Frontiers’ panel in which the brightest minds in the industry will reflect on the 2016 season and discuss trends, challenges and the future festival landscape.
A series of ‘Lucha Libre’ breakout sessions on topics including city festivals and festival finance.
The legendary Congress party and awards takes place at The Depot, with street food and ‘Purple Rave’ tribute to Prince from Rob da Bank and Tayo 3000. Awards categories include ‘New Festival on the block’, ‘Mind blowing spectacle’, ‘Festival live act of the year’ and ‘Smart marketing’.

Nearest train station is Cardiff Central. We have a deal with Great Western Railway for discount rail travel. Return Standard Class fare from London Paddington is £44, and other stations just around £10 extra. Special fares are also available for First Class travel. These fares are solely for the use of Conference Delegates and when travelling you should present your conference documentation in order to validate the ticket.
