AIF are delighted to announce an all-day digital marketing workshop with Darren Hemmings from Motive Unknown to follow on from a very well received presentation at this year’s Festival Congress.
The workshop will aim to focus on how Festival organisers can better use a combination of advertising and remarketing to deliver better paid marketing with greater efficiency. The primary platforms for focus will be Facebook, Instagram and Twitter, and will also touch upon Google AdWords too. By the end of the day, attendees should be empowered to book and manage their own advertising in- house, and understand the benefits of owning and utilising their own data, be that mailing lists or remarketing lists collected from websites, link clicks, video views and more.
Taking a flexible approach, Darren will focus on the areas that independent festival promoters and marketing teams want to hear about, including:
2. Marketing principles and terms
3. Remarketing – what it is and why it is valuable
4. Facebook Power Editor – mastering your ads on both Facebook and Instagram
5. Twitter’s ad platform
6. Google AdWords
7. Roundup and conclusion
